Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During promotional periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Delivery time is counted from the date your parcel is dispatched, not from the date you place your order. These are estimates based on carrier performance, not guarantees, and may be longer during peak seasons or where a parcel is held for customs inspection.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to begin updating after dispatch, and may not update daily while a parcel is in transit or clearing customs.

If your order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email contact@alayacommerce.com with your order number before taking any other step. We reply within 1 business day and will trace the parcel, reship your order, or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.

Cancellations and address changes

You may cancel an order or correct the delivery address within 12 hours of placing it, by emailing contact@alayacommerce.com with your order number. After 12 hours the order may already be in preparation and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Damaged items

Report damage to contact@alayacommerce.com within 30 days of delivery, with photographs or video of the item and its packaging. We replace or refund damaged items at no cost to you.

Incorrect addresses

We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address given at checkout. Please check your address before completing your order.

Customs and duties

Customers outside the destination country may be responsible for import duties, taxes and handling fees charged by their own country. These are not included in the price paid to us.
