Payment Methods

At GRIPSTEELPRO, every payment is processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. This page explains which payment methods we accept and how billing works.

1. Accepted payment methods

• Digital wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

2. Currency

All prices on our website are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). If your card was issued outside the United States, your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

3. Secure checkout

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which is certified PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Your card details are encrypted and are never stored on our servers; we do not see or keep your full card number.

4. When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provide at checkout.

5. Declined or failed payments

If your payment is declined, please check that your billing details match the details on file with your card issuer, or try another payment method. If the problem continues, contact your bank or email us.

6. Sales tax

Where applicable, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and is shown before you complete your purchase.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, as described in our Refund & Return Policy. Your bank or card issuer then typically takes 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.
