Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with GRIPSTEELPRO. This policy explains when returns and refunds are available.

1. Contact us first

If anything is wrong with your order, email contact@alayacommerce.com with your order number. We reply to every message within 1 business day. We would rather resolve a problem with you directly than have you open a dispute with your bank, which takes several weeks longer to settle.

2. If your order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full, at your choice β€” no return required.

3. Return window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 90 days cannot be accepted.

4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email contact@alayacommerce.com within 30 days of delivery with photographs or a short video of the item and its packaging. Where we confirm the fault, we will replace the item or refund you in full at no cost to you, and we cover any return shipping.

5. Returns for any other reason

If you simply no longer want an item, you may return it within the 90-day window provided it is unused, undamaged, complete with all accessories and original packaging, and you have your order number. Email us first β€” do not ship an item back before we confirm the return address.

6. What we cannot accept

  • Items returned after the 90-day window
  • Items damaged by misuse, modification, or improper operation
  • Gift cards and free promotional items
  • Items returned without contacting us first

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected β€” or once your claim is approved where no return is required β€” we issue your refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer then typically takes 5-10 business days to post it to your account.

8. Order cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing contact@alayacommerce.com with your order number. After 12 hours the order may already be in preparation. If it has already shipped, it falls under the return process above.
